THE guys at Nulon have been busy wrenching on their Project XY build, with the car stripped to its undies and sent off to be sandblasted. As suspected, what was a fairly honest looking car on the surface was actually a bit of a mess underneath, and the body was riddled with the dreaded tinworm.

With the rust repairs underway, Billy at BK Race Engines sourced a virgin bore Clevo block and set about preparing it for a rebuild. We’ll bring you the engine build in detail next episode!
