WHILE most people try and find the lightest car, and fill it with the biggest engine possible, “Stewie” decided to go the other way and started with a HSV Grange – the biggest luxo-barge around.

Of course he hasn’t shirked on the horsepower. It’s got a 2.3-litre Harrop supercharger bolted to the top of the factory 6.2-litre LS3 engine, and still runs a six-speed auto (reworked) and a True-Trac diff.

On the dyno it punches out 637rwhp and according to the owner it’s gone 10.5 on the standing quarter. Now that’s doing it in style!
