Earlier this year, Street Machine Summernats launched the new Pro Burnout Series, which has been going off at events all around the country!

The series now has its own social channels, including a Pro Burnouts Facebook page here and Instagram here.

So far, 32 drivers have qualified at events all over Australia and NZ, including Motorvation, Rockynats, Powercruise and a whole host more. 

There’s only a handful of events and spots left to qualify for Street Machine Summernats 37 (January 2 – 5, 2025). There, the full list of qualifies will face off for a shot at over $70,000 prizemoney, including $50,000 for the inaugural Summernats Pro Master. Here’s the remaining list of events to qualify for the Pro Burnout class:

Pro Burnout Series 2024/25 remaining qualifying events

• Powercruise – QLD – 6-7 September
• Thrashernats – NSW – 27-28 September
• Rods Out #1 – SA – 1 November
• Rods Out #2 – VIC – 2 November
• Bindoon Burnouts – WA – 18-19 October
• Autofest – New Zealand – 19-20 October
• Summernats 37 (Wildcard shootout) – ACT – 2-5 January

You can see the full Pro Class qualifier list below, and the Open Class entrants will also compete at Summernats in place of the old Burnout Championship for the remaining prize money of the $70,000 total. 

There will also be a Pro Class Wildcard shootout at Summernats 37, many of those being Ultimate Redemption Round winners at qualifying events who missed out on a Pro class burnout spot.
