A legendary Alice Springs tradition returns for one night only

Alice Springs is set for a spectacle like no other when motorbikes thunder through the iconic Bojangles Saloon as part of this year’s Red CentreNATS, presented by LMCT+.

The Bojangles Saloon Bike Ride Through will take place on Thursday 4 September from 6pm to 7.30pm, bringing back a legendary Alice Springs tradition for one night only.

Riders will get the rare chance to cruise their machines straight through the middle of the bar in a sight that can only happen in the Territory.

The ride is part of the Fringe Festival and Night Markets, running from 5pm to 9pm in the Alice Springs CBD.

Alongside the ride-through, the evening will feature live music, food vans, car displays, a street parade and more, filling Todd Street and Gregory Terrace with visitors, roaring engines and the unmistakable energy of Red CentreNATS.

Entrants taking part must be registered and have passed scrutineering before the event. Each rider is permitted one passenger, helmets are mandatory and all bikes must meet event safety requirements.

The Bojangles Saloon Bike Ride Through adds a uniquely Territory twist to an already packed program. It is loud, it is outrageous, and it captures the spirit of Red CentreNATS by celebrating car and bike culture with a fearless sense of fun.

The 11th annual Red CentreNATS, presented by LMCT+, will take place in Alice Springs from 5 to 7 September 2025.
