OVER THE last few months we’ve been putting together a naturally aspirated Hemi six for Scotty’s Valiant wagon.
The combo is nothing special with standard rods and cranks, cast pistons, and single 4bbl intake. Our friends at Crow Cams ground us up a nice hydraulic cam and supplied most of the valvetrain, while Precision International were our go to guys for the rest of the internals.
Hanging off the side we used an Aussiespeed intake and a 470cfm Holley while the exhaust gases exited through a set of Pacemaker headers.
With a bit of tweaking and some trial and error we ended up getting over 300hp from the six pot terror and Scotty’s already dropped it in his wagon. So look out for more news on that front. It sounds fantastic.
