BURNOUTS have become such a big deal that guys (and girls) are quite happy to spend six figures building a car just to turn tyres into dust.
But occasionally things go wrong and these methanol burning beasts can explode into flames.
Take Justen Brown’s Holden Commodore ute for example. It erupted in flames at Mallala in South Australia and Justen was having such a good time that he let it burn. The VG barbequed most of the paint from its hind quarters and looked more like a flame thrower than a burnout car.
Since then Justen has fixed it all up, and the bright orange paint looks better than ever.
