That’s right, we bought a Torana! In this episode of Carnage, Scotty introduces our second TA Torana to the Carnage fleet, and boy is she a crusty one.
But before we get to the crusty four door, we should probably rewind to the two door TA we purchased a few years ago. It was the height of the Covid-induced market for classic cars, and we made an impulse purchase to grab this two door Torana.

She’s largely rust free, but also missing a lot of important bits – to the point where it doesn’t even have a steering column! As such, we haven’t done much with it yet, as sourcing all those parts is an expensive and time-consuming process.
So, when this rust-savaged four door came to our attention, we jumped at it. It has a whole host of parts we desperately need get the black two door back together, so it’ll provide plenty of goodies before it probably goes to the crusher.

The four door had been sitting in a friend’s family garage for 25 years, always intended to be used for parts. But, before we pull it apart for ourselves, Scotty figured we may as well have a crack at trying to get it to start after 25 years.
It takes a bit more than just a splash of fresh fuel and a battery, so sit back, grab a coldie and enjoy this week’s episode of Carnage.
