Howard Bell’s LITRE8 Torana has a spot in the rarified top teir of the most famous street machines of all time, alongside Rex Webster’s FJ, Craig Parker’s TUFXY, Howard Astill’s Rock Solid Falcon and Ron Barclay’s a Stevegreen HQ.
There are many cool things about Howard’s story with the car, starting with the fact that he bought it new and not only still has it, but still gets out on the track and gives it plenty of curry.
We’ve revisted the Torana many times over the years, but now it is time to immortalise it on Street Machine t-shirt.
Our 40th anniversary artist Patrick Skinner from Ten Tenths Creative did the artwork, which we then have had loveingly screenprinted onto top-notch AS Colour shirts in Melbourne.
We sold a stack of these babies at Street Machine Summernats 35, but we have a limited amount left over. They are priced at just $40 and are available here.
