On the second anniversary of superbike racer Dustin Goldsmith’s sudden passing, a collection of vehicles, racing memorabilia, workshop equipment, and personal items he left behind is going to auction – offering a powerful tribute to a life lived fast, fearlessly, and full of heart.

The online auction – run by Pickles.com.au from 12-19 May – offers a rare and deeply personal glimpse into the world of one of Australia’s most admired privateer riders. A familiar face on tracks around the country and a beloved member of the NSW Central Coast community, Dustin’s reputation as a racer, tinkerer, and mentor still resonates today.

From high-performance vehicles and bikes to go-karts, tools, vintage parts, and motorsport collectibles, the items in the collection paint a vivid picture of a life defined by passion and precision. For those who knew Dustin, every car and bike tells a story; for those who didn’t, this is a chance to connect with a legacy built in the garage and on the track.

“This auction is about more than what’s for sale – it’s about honouring a man who gave everything to his sport and lived every moment at full throttle,” says Lee Pulbrook – Project Manager and Pickles Auctions. “We’re honoured to help share that story.”

The collection is being offered across four simultaneous online auctions, featuring:

  • A fleet of custom superbikes, go-karts, and classic cars
  • A treasure trove of mechanical tools and workshop equipment
  • Rare parts, motors, and racing accessories
  • Personal memorabilia and items curated over a lifetime in motorsport

Assets will be available for public viewing at 649 Pacific Hwy, Narara NSW 2250 on Friday 16th May 2025 between 9am and 4pm.

Bidding opens at 9:00 a.m. AEST on Monday 12 May – exactly two years since Dustin’s death – and closes Sunday 19 May. All auctions are open to the public.
