Dates for the season two of the Bursons Auto Parts Australian Top Fuel Championships in 2022/2023 have been announced today at Sydney Dragway.

The circus will visit every state and territory that has a national-level track in operation, leaving only Tasmania out of the running.

There are three big chunks of news out of this, starting with the fact that the season will kick off at Alice Springs Inland Dragway as part of Red CentreNATS on 2 September.

We’re already big fans of RCN, but adding Top Fuel to the mix will lift the already epic event to another stratosphere.

Secondly, the season will visit the still-under-construction quarter mile at The Bend Motorsport Park, 11-12 March. This will be the first chance South Australians will have had to see a full field of Top Fuel dragsters in their home state for a long time.

And finally, Top Fuel will return to Willowbank Raceway for the New Year Nitro meeting, 7-8 January. Queenslanders have not seen Top Fuel at Willowbank since the 2021 Winternationals.
