Articles by Glenn TORRENS
A life-long car nut, GT has been writing about cars and the lifestyle around them ever since a 1992 photoshoot with his self-built 1956 VW Beetle led to a role with Fast Fours & Rotaries magazine. Six years at Street Machine fuelled his passion for performance cars – especially Aussie ones – and inspired him to conceive Australian Muscle Car magazine. GT has also contributed to other Australian motoring titles including Wheels, MOTOR, Unique Cars and 4X4 Australia. His garage houses road, track and off-road project cars including a Mazda MX-5, a Mitsubishi Pajero and several V8 Commodores – and the ’56 Bug that started it all.
