FROM humble beginnings punting an FC Holden wagon at Adelaide International Raceway to winning the 60th NHRA Nationals in his Rookie year, Richie Crampton has enjoyed a storied drag racing career, and it\u2019s far from over.<\/p>\n
<\/span>Richie\u2019s gig wrenching for Graeme Cowin in Sydney is what first led him Stateside, and after getting a start on the tools with Morgan Lucas Racing, he bided his time until he was offered a seat in Top Fuel.<\/p>\n <\/span>When Morgan Lucas closed their racing operations in 2016, Richie stayed on building race cars, and currently has an interesting passion project on the go \u2013 a crazy \u201957 Chevy wagon in which he plans to contest Hot Rod <\/em>Drag Week later this year.<\/p>\n
