ROSS Heasley has been just about everywhere this year with his blown HQ Monaro burnout car MRBADQ. He kicked off the year with Street Machine Summernats, then UBC Ballarat, Lardner Park Motorfest which he won, then the HQ went on a truck up to Cairns for Northern Nats which he also won – talk about being on a roll! After a successful Northern Nats the car went to Sydney for Brashernats, then straight back on the truck again for the drive up to Darwin for Gazzanats NT last weekend.

We caught up with Ross, the guy behind the horse head, at Darwin’s awesome Hidden Valley Raceway to have a chat about his Monaro, plans for the rest of the year and what’s next for MRBADQ.
