On the cover of the new mag is Mark ‘Happy’ Williams’s Summernats 30 Grand Champion-winning HQ one-tonner. It was a well-deserved victory for Mark, who turned his daily tradie hack into a genuine elite-level build with the help of his dad. It actually gets driven too – and driven hard; as you can see, he’s not afraid to let the ProCharged small-block eat the rear bags.
In Legend we chat to street racers-turned-celebs Farmtruck and AZN from the hit show Street Outlaws. You might see these two blokes goofing around a lot on TV and that’s pretty much what they’re like in real life too; genuine car dudes that are up for just about anything if it involves having a good time.
This stunning XM Falcon coupe is Jason Rachele’s first build and he absolutely knocked it out of the park! Tubbed, four-linked, stuffed with big-inch alloys and powered by a stout 500+hp 351 Windsor, this is one tough XM.
Motorvation 31 was short and sweet with its new one-day running time, but there was no shortage of smashed tyres and good times!
It takes a brave man to modify a genuine HDT VL Group A Commodore – and an even braver one to stuff it full of blown and injected big-block making 1800hp! I guess Shane Ross is that guy, because he’s gone and done just that, while adding giant wheel tubs, nine-inch rear end and ’Glide combo to his Group A. This one’s set to send the purists into an almighty tizz!

We’re not sure there is a wilder Mustang on the planet than the Vicious ’65 Mustang built by Timeless Kustoms in the States. Aside from all the amazing custom bodywork, suspension and brakes, it’s supercharged and twin-turbo!
When it came to the build of his Torana, Paul Wright thought: “I don’t get to drive it on the street these days so I might as well go balls-out and get on with it!” And get on with it he did, piecing together a crazy blown and injected Holden 355 pumping out around 1000hp.
