CHRYSLER VH CHARGER

MAY 2017

EVERYONE loves a 265 Hemi, but they love a 426 even more, and that’s exactly what makes Frank Pana’s stunning VH Charger 770 get up and go. Frank has owned the car since 1981, and it featured in SM, Oct/Nov ’93 wearing Tropical Turquoise. After that Frank got sidetracked with hot rods for a while, so the VH was overdue for a tidy-up. The goal was for a 770 Charger look inside and out, while stiffening the chassis up and adding decent suspension and brakes. Up front he went with that beautiful big 426 Hemi, its orange highlights contrasting nicely with the Dodge F6 Bright Green paint. Along with the all-white interior, emerald green carpet, white vinyl 770 flash and satin-finish Center Line Auto Drags, it’s a classic look.
