EACH January while we are busy in Canberra at the Street Machine Summernats, the Kustom Nationals is also raging down at the Phillip Island race circuit.

This year’s event was the 12th in the line founded by the late John Katsanis and continued by his sons Dean and Luke. With a beach party, track cruising, pumping rockabilly and some live metal magic, the Kustom Nats are always a blast. Here’s a small sample of what went on this year.
