IT is the race that stops the nation, except in the Melbourne suburb of Coburg, where the Pegasus Rod and Custom Club host their Cup Day swap meet.

In recent years, wet weather has played havoc with the show, but this year saw brilliant sunshine and a fantastic turnout of cars in response. Vehicles on display ranged from Hemi-powered hot rods to a supercharged postie bike! The swap meet itself was healthy, with many vendors reporting good sales. The show wrapped up by lunch time, with many heading to the nearby True Colour Restorations open day for more fun.
